Deadline for consideration in the festival is June 1, 2007. An additional $10 will be required if a late application is submitted. If your application is received by the deadline, and you would like to be added to the crafter insert page in the VHF collector’s booklet, please list your contact information (as you would like it to appear) on the back of this form.

Description of your items:

All booth spaces are 12x12 and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and with an attempt to make considerations for surrounding vendors.

The exhibitor understands and agrees that the Valley Heritage Festival Committee and the Borough of Athens is not responsible in any way for damage, loss or theft and is not responsible for any and all manner of actions, suits or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages.
